The Deputy Premier and Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning Jeff Seeny has released the draft State Planning Policy (draft SPP) for public consultation.
The Queensland Government is committed to establishing a new approach to state planning policies that simplifies and clarifies state interests. The draft SPP sets out policies on matters of state interest in planning and development, and provides a key framework of the government's broader commitment to planning reform.
