The AMCS is the voice for Australia’s ocean wildlife. BPAC, evolved from the Bunya Mountains Elders Council (BMEC) established in 2009. Manduka Community Settlement Cooperative
Manduka is situated on over 150 acres of land 6 kilometres outside Maleny. It is home to 15 adults and their children. The residents believe in living simply, sharing resources, reaching agreement through consensus, and managing their land in an ecologically sustainable way. They care for 63 ha of natural habitat, 35 of which are a Nature Refuge. The rest has been reveged and weeded since 1979.

Surfrider Foundation Sunshine Coast
Surfrider Foundation SC looks after nearly 100kms of coastline, starting at Caloundra and finishing at Noosa. The branch keeps busy with regular beach Clean-ups and dune restoration work. Surfrider Sunshine Coast engages the local community with art, surf, film and music events throughout the year, embracing local talent.
Take Action for Pumicestone Passage (TAPP)
TAPP was formed in December 2010 with the major concern for the health of the Pumicestone Passage and it’s catchment, potentially at risk from the development of Caloundra South and the ULDA ‘takeover ‘of the project. After petitioning for an EPBC Assessment for the development and presentation of 13555 signatures to Parliament in March 2011, they become incorporated.

Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre – Eumundi
