Tracy Burton was born in Wide Bay and moved to the Sunshine Coast 10 years ago after living in Melbourne and Sydney for 15 years. She completed a BA in Communication at Charles Sturt University (Bathurst) and a Graduate Diploma in Education at the University of Melbourne. In addition to her degrees in Communication and Education, Tracy is also currently studying Psychology and produces an educational podcast. She currently works in the private education sector, is a member of the Queensland Independent Education Union.
Tracy has been an active participant in environmental projects locally, nationally and internationally and believes that the Sunshine Coast is a beautiful and unique part of Queensland that we need to preserve and protect.
