World Environment Day Festival 2021
World Environment Day Festival 2021 is a month long celebration throughout June and will feature a diverse program of events including guided walks, seminars, workshops, live music, interactive art and so much more!
The theme for the festival aligns with the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration and is a rallying call for the protection and revival of ecosystems all around the world, for the benefit of people and nature. It aims to halt the degradation of ecosystems, and restore them to achieve global goals. Only with healthy ecosystems can we enhance people’s livelihoods, counteract climate change, and stop the collapse of biodiversity.

This event is proudly supported by the Sunshine Coast Council's grant program, the Queensland Government and Queensland Water and Land Carers.
