SCEC relies on the generous support of people like you to fund our work to protecting the Sunshine Coast's beautiful wildlife and natural places. SCEC Associate Members are people who share and support our vision of an ecologically sustainable world. You can help us continue our work by becoming a member today. Associate membership is a $50 donation per year and is tax-deductible.

Member Group

The Sunshine Coast Environment Council represents over 50 groups across the region and acts as the peak environmental advocacy group, protecting the beautiful Sunshine Coast for 42 years. Members can also enjoy a number of benefits, like access to our event equipment, participating in the World Environment Day Festival, and free event listings on our website and enewsletter.

To apply fill out the form below and we'll review the application at our next monthly Management Committee meeting. Join SCEC and be part of a collective voice for our future!

Member group membership is from the 1st of April 2023 to 30th June 2024. From the 1st July 2024, renewal will then fall on 1st July annually.

Membership fee structure:

$35 for groups with less than 20 members
$55 for groups with more than 20 members
