Flying-foxes targeted for dispersal again

flying fox

The flying-fox camp at Coolum had a reprieve from planned dispersal actions recently following the identification of heavily pregnant females.

This time, the important roost at Tepequar Drive, Maroochydore is the next site for dispersal actions following the poor decision by Council to pursue this highly questionable approach to the management and conservation of a Federally listed and ecologically significant species.
