The Sunshine Coast Environment Council (SCEC) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation and registered charity. Our work is guided by a committed volunteer Management Committee, elected by our members and entrusted with steering the organisation’s strategic direction, accountability and long-term vision.

Operating in accordance with our Constitution, the Committee ensures SCEC remains transparent, effective and mission-focused as we advocate for the protection of the Sunshine Coast’s natural environment.
